This is all new to me. Blogging, forums, answering others questions, asking questions, learning and sharing. Well that I've always done, just not in this format. I'm told this is the new way to get my name out there. My 21 year old son laughs at me and says "Welcome to my World" He evidently is on quite a few forums and blogs as well. I know my daughter does.
Ok so I'm from another generation where we used to pick up a phone and talk to people. Then came email and I stopped calling as much, then IM and now this. It' very cool and I know it's a stretch for me. I like to be stretched. Good for the mind. Great for creativity.
As a metal sculptor this is a new idea. If it's too quiet I can go to a forum and check in. . .if I've got a question I can do the same. If I feel like writing, I now have a aplce to do it.
Just set up shop on Etsy.com . This is a new selling venue for me. I'm in 6 galleries now and want to be in more. My goal for 2008 is more production. The more pieces I make the more pieces I can get into different galleries, shows, and venues.
